Doktor Mandrake : Distinguished guests from Manchester, a rock’n’ roll/punk based mix with ska/soul/blues/folk and funk
Groovement: Brassy, eclectic Bradfunk – blending reggae, soul and bossa nova with African rhythms and solid Bradford rock
M62 Goddam! : Neo-classical blues quartet ranging from Gershwin to Janis Joplin

Falconetti : Halifax-based seven-strong art squad in epic soundscapes

Hot Club de Paris : Liverpudlian indie band building a national profile
The Loved Ones : Quirky, original, startling and slightly strange Bradford beat combo
Modeliste : Utterly funky pop-rock trio from sunny HalifaxBelinda O'Hooley : Huddersfield singer-songwriter combines haunting lyrics with rich piano soundscapes
Rent : lush, glamorous anthems with dark, decadent themes and a lavish sense of theatre
Scary Uncle: Due respect to REM, Radiohead and the Beatles, but this Bradford foursome writes its own material
Seven Hours : Original, authentically Bradfordian blues tinged with reggae, R&B and soul
Sound of the Baskervilles: live, funkin’ hip-hop band from all over Yorkshire
Rory McLeod : one man soulband, poet and storyteller, using various wind, string and percussion instruments
The Touch : Bradford-based fuzzy, dynamic, groovy and driving rock trio
This Et Al : “a barrage of pummelling drums, buzzing guitars and octave-jumping vocals”, says NME
Wilful Missing : “a fine counterpoint between acoustic balladry and highly charged racket”
